  Normally, I would say that the installed version is newer because it has a higher version number.

  But why is it so important to you? If the internal webcam to work properly, I don't see a reason to update the driver for the webcam.

  If your laptop has a built in web cam located on the LCD screen this software will be displayed below the menu START > all programs. Everything is described in the document s user manuals.

To run this software, you can also move the mouse pointer left display (somewhere in the middle of the left side of the LCD) and small window will be opened. There, you can start the software.
