• Capture device offline (Blackmagic DeckLink Studio 4 K)

  Just getting a new computer with 64-bit Windows 10. I use a Sony Vegas Pro 13.0 try and capture works very well. I close Vegas and load up Adobe Premiere Pro CC test, but the capture does not work. I get "Capture Device Offline".

  I use a Sony Handycam HD with HDMI, go to the map of the world BANK. I have the latest software/drivers for the card of the WB. As I said the Sony product works, but Adobe does not work. How Adobe that I buy a product that does not work.

  I tried to change the camera's 720 p, 1080 p and same 480i HDMI output modes. I tried DV and HDV settings in the software also. Hard, trying to find a page of diagnosis in the settings of the acquisition card, you know, like Skype from your webcam. But the only real parameters are "DV" or "HDV".

  More than likely your MBP has a hardware problem that cannot be properly addressed at an Apple store genius bar.

  You can try to reinstall an OSX, but I doubt if that will be successful.

  In the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC you can anchor the hand tool in the upper part.

  Please make sure that your Acrobat Reader DC is updated (check the update under the Help menu).

  Then click on the button at the end of the floating toolbar.

• HP4600dn: I/O - 4600 problem clears but still shows "offline".

  Have had and used the new 4600dn printer without any problem for 12 years!  Now, it seems to not want to connect to other computers via cat5 connection. It comes up with 'offline' status in the menu windows printer. Every once in a while I can get it to print a small amount of text but if all the graphics are sent immediately, it chokes and changes the status 'offline '. Rude, nothing will be exhausted. Sometimes with a "X error" box in the menu windows "devices and printers" box with no description of the error.  Sometimes the cat5 (p/n J6057a) card is turned on and other times it is not. Reset the router and try other things does not to start to work. Each time happen a comm error (#49.1606 - Svc error) but cycling the power on the printer would always delete it. Not happened for some time. Clues?  I guess that the IO card (J6057a) is the culprit or the motherboard (C9743-60004?) that it plugs into. All the impressions of the printer menu work fine.  The other thing it does to the initial power to the top is to do a short flash of the data green led - something I don't remember having seen it before. Any help would be greatly appreciated!   (it has a new cartridge black and yellow - I have also a new cartridge Cyan, Magenta and black.) My distributor will not take back one of them because it is more than 30 days, he bought. I have a few days to return the other two!   The printer never had anything but toner HP / power supplies inside. If it's not fixable for a reasonable price (or boards are not available), anyone interested in toner?)

  It is a common problem. The 615N network card had problems and develops issues over the years. Basically, he developed cold welds on the main processor on the card. You can fix the map yourself according to the following instructions. With the power off, remove the card from the printer. Now remove the piece of plastic (2 screws torx 10). Now, take a dish from oven and conditioned the only card face the saucepan back so the bottom does not touch the pan. Now a good Preheat 350F (177C) and when the oven is ready, place the pan with the card in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes. I've fixed more than 50 of these cards over the years, and a good 95% come back to life.

Since a few days my internet worked fine, but after that it connects for a very short period of time say 10 minutes and then disconnected while wifi shows connected and when I ping IP address to the command run it shows that it is connected and part of the answer is displayed in the run window. My wifi shows connected, but I can't access the internet now a days showing also disconnected wifi and when I click on the wifi button, it shows "error loading plug in, application will exit" and when I click on this point, then all windows will be closed. To connect to the internet, I have again to restart the notebook and there still internet connect for 10 min and same situation happen again. Please help me solve this problem...   I'm now back at the base. Checked the anamorphic HDV on the server of the Studio and he was a con man, tired cable, the M6600 like me after spending six hours at an airport in China.

  Your images do not show a problem.  Hidden content displayed in the blue box of your second image would be correct.  Only what is behind the small hidden area will appear, but that does not affect the size of the movieclip being masked.  The movieclip will remain the size that it is.

  The Chrome Extension connect reported that it could not connect to my phone this morning, as it is fairly typical. I usually get running again by launching the Connect app on my phone and set up the Extension Chrome device again. Annoying, but not really a big deal.
