  After opening a command prompt window (command prompt with administrator rights),

  Run the following command:

  "rd /s /q H:\$Recycle.bin.

  using your drive letter where this error instead of the letter "H"...

  Method 2: Remove in safe mode
  Click on this linkto guide go to Mode without failure and you need to select the mode safe mode with command prompt.

  You can start deleting Recycle bin or rd /s /q H:\$Recycle.bin:

  1. Type cmd in the search button.

  2. Right click on command and select run as administrator.

  3. Type rd /s /q H:\$Recycle.bin

  Method 3: Run Virus scan
