Can I add 'Save in any folder' to right click menu

On my old computer with Windows XP, there is an option in the right click menu to access any folder and save the file currently selected in this folder. This option can be added for Vista?

Hello

It was not a native feature of XP, it was added by the use of Win95 powertoys old (sendtox).
