Can I ask that you guys about 10G switch?

I am a Korean, junior engineer...

In fact, my company would like to sell 10G switch.

So, we bought Dell switch 8024F.

To sell it, I think I should stand.

But suddenly, I wondered when people use 10 G switch...?

Just to use more traffic?

In addition to this question, it is perhaps likely to have another point of view...

Think of me as a student (in fact I am a student too and worker).

Please teach me why should I use?

Thanks for reading.
