I use a portable Thunderbird version because I want to use TB to collect e-mails for a few different accounts that I have scattered on different machines.
For example, I [email protected] on the machine one and two. [email protected] is also on the machines one and two.
After setting up the accounts of one and two in the mobile application, I can import only messages on behalf of one. I tried several times over the past two days. Thunderbird does not import the messages on behalf of two.
What should I do to import e-mail messages for several accounts in Thunderbird? This method of identity apply to your facility?
Remember also that OE messages are the eml files that can be moved directly from Explorer in a folder of TB, for example was created under local folders.

OE uses IE settings. Then configure things in IE (margins and others) and it should then apply to the when you print from OE.

Original title: Repetitivet sending emails from Outlook Express
When sending emails from my Outlook Express , the following occurs:
(1) as usual, send the message falls into my Outbox and begins to be sent.
(2) when the message was sent, I get a message that "some errors occurred while processing requested tasks" but no actual errors are displayed.
(3) the sent items folder does not show that a message has been sent... but a message has been sent.
(4) the original message remains in my Outbox and will be sent over and over again.
As you can imagine, it's a very embarrassing problem. All suggestions are welcome, but please keep the instructions clear and simple.

Hello
Windows XP Service Pack 2 is installed on your computer? To work on this question, see these steps.
It seems that there is a corruption of dbx file.
I suggest you go over your messages out of the Inbox, and then create new folders Outbox and sent items after you move the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.
Reference:
(a) click onTools
(b) thenOptions
(c) selectMaintenance
(d) Record Store will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files.
(e) Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste to start and select run.
In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden.
To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders
Reference:
(a) clickStart
(b) Control Panel
(c) Folder Options icon
(d) notice, or in Windows Explorer
(e) Tools
(f) the Folder Options
( viewof g).
With Outlook Express closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them. New ones will be created automatically when you open Outlook Express.
After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.

Can't send emails in outlook express no. 0 x 800 CCCOB error any ideas
can receive but can't send emails via outlook express or incredi mail error is not 0x800CCCOB
Go to file | Identities and install a new identity and add your e-mail account to this identity after checking that you do not have conflicting antivirus (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3). See if the account works very well with the new identity. If this is the case, then go to file | Import | Messages to bring them from the old identity.

How can I change email in Outlook Express to appear in different accounts instead of one?
Incoming emails from Outlook Express
I have three accounts in Outlook Express, but when I open Outlook Express all incoming e-mails from all three accounts are found in a single account, one that I opened. How can I see save incoming emails in each different account?
In OE, if you want to separate the accounts, go to file | Identities and then set up an account for each identity. Then you'd have 3 identities and 3 accounts to match.
If you set up 3 accounts under a single identity, then his will download messages from all 3 and then put them in the Inbox. If you want to separate them according to the account, you can go to tools | Message rules and set up a rule to move messages between each account to different folders.
If you have these two possibilities.

How to move emails from Outlook Express 6 to a CD for access later?
Want to move the emails within a particular folder on a CD and be able to access it when necessary. If I want to copy the whole .dbx file to the CD can remove the file from Outlook Express/computer? Thank you in advance.
If you copy the dbx file, you will need to put in the OE message store to read the messages. Copy the messages themselves.
Create a folder on your desktop or elsewhere, then in Outlook Express open the folder with the messages you want to save. Highlight a message, and then Ctrl + A will highlight all (or Ctrl-button down while you select only messages you want), now, drag and drop them into the folder on your desktop.
Now you can copy this folder to a CD and you'll be able to read the messages on the CD by double-clicking them.
You can see the messages with the same subject get attached, probably with (1), (2), etc. One of these programs may be useful for you. Take a look and decide.
DBXtract:
http://www.oehelp.com/dbxtract/default.aspxOEX:
http://www.oehelp.com/Oex/default.aspxYou can still drag the messages in a folder in OE, if necessary.

You don't offer a lot of information and a new thread of your own would have been better than locking it.Do you have an error message when you try to send? If so, post it. If this is not the case, make sure that there are no messages in the Outbox. If there is, check: file | Work offline and in: reviews | Layout: uncheck the preview pane.
