  I found the place to toggle shortcut keys. The full recommended user interface code LabVIEW, it is an event of activation of the menu. Inside of the occurrence of the event, the menu bar is built when the user clicks on the menu. While inserting menu items, hot keys are also specified. So, if we don't specify keys shortcut for the menu item and there is no other control connected to that particular command in the façade, this shortcut shortcut key won't work. That's what I inferred from my experiences.

  In the programs in windows, when I type or maintain too long alt, a bunch of letters in boxes pop up onscreen.

  No, sorry.  It cannot be disabled.  Although the indicators if more perceptible displays now, they always have part of Windows dating back to 1987 (they just used only be slightly noticeable highlights on the menu text, instead of perceptible popups).

If this isn't what you where referring to then see if your carrier has an OS update for your phone. I have no problem with turning off the different tones of keys.

  I had the same problem earlier.  Disabled and enabled the sticky key option again and again, rebooted the PC and nothing fixed it.

  In the end, I had to hold the SHIFT key for about 30 seconds without interruption, until you hear a strange noise of slope high.  This fixed it for me.

  Looks like a bug to me.

  This is VERY wrong. You can turn them off. So this help someone else who has this problem, you go to the Bios settings... Change the key priority of function... and restart. Vola!

  The key word handle must be opened for simple working shortcuts.  You can simply move the side of the road and use shortcuts to apply a keyword to the selected photos.
