  When you submit a request to the AppWorld, I wonder to select the supported devices. My applications work on any device with OS 5.0, but I can't find a list of all devices that support OS 5.0 (shipped with it or with option 5.0). Anyone knows where I can find such a list.

  Don't worry about this. Just select as minimum supported OS 5.0 version and after that select all possible devices. App World will correspond to devices, and the version of the OS, i.e. users with OS 5.0 devices will see your app while that those who have the lower version of the OS won't be able to see or to download your application.

• I can restore time capsule backup to another computer that already has a user

  Looking for help, my laptop was stolen, thankfully I have a time capsule backup. I could buy a new laptop, but I was wondering if there is anyway I can just restore my backup on the laptop of my wife, or if that's too difficult/impossible.  Currently laptop my wife not a as user, so my question is could I myself set him up as an additional user and then use my backup time capsule of my laptop now flown to restore everything on your computer? Just a question because I don't think we need 2 notebooks more, so would be nice to not have to buy one additional laptop just to get my time capsule backup. Any help much appreciated.

  I have an OOB layout that has all the ports from the switch controlled by the same profile. I would like to be able to place clients on a network, printers on one another and tell on another unix systems. Right now I have a filter that lets the clients on the network, and they are put on the vlan by default to access via port profile. The filter is by MAC address.

  What is the only way we can do that?

  Can we put things on different networks, using this method, if so how?

  When you create a new filter for a specific MAC/IP, we should select the "Access Type" for this device.

  As shown in the attached screenshot (taken from the NAC 4.8), we also have the ability to define the type of access based on a specific user role.

  Hello, I dealt with problems on my laptop which has windows so I've heard that adobe apps work best in macs so I'm going to buy a macbook air today, but I've read or heard that i can only one connection in a single device, so before buying, I would like to know if I can connect in another laptop or how to change to single connection in this new laptop in creative cloud.

  In case I can't change to connect to another device, I would like to know what to do because my old laptop was damaged for the keyboard and I don't really want to invest in the repair, for the moment (I use a usb keyboard).

  1. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  2. to when was the last time the scanner was working fine?

  3. you have any other printer\scanner connected to the computer?

  If you have any other printer\scanner connected to the computer, disconnect them and check if it works.

  I suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the scanner to the computer, also make sure that you install the latest drivers for scanner on Canon website.

  1. user name for your sync account
  2. password
  3. Sync Key (aka recovery key)
