  And perhaps reduce the size of your recycling bin. Right-click on that once you have emptied it and goto Properties.

  As it is the recovery drive partitioned pre, and it was created by the manufacturer to expand you would need to get in shape. I suggest you to contact the manufacturer for support. You should not save files or data on the recovery partition as it is only meant to recover the operating system if something happening time.
