  It is the opinion of the Expert that you shouldn't depend on HP Support AWizard when it comes to BIOS updates.

  According to other factors in the system at the time when the HPSA trying to hit your system with an update of this type; the results could be... other than expected.

  You can set 'Notification' HPSA to prevent it from trying to update your BIOS.

  DON'T update the BIOS when you see an update in your Web page of the computer AND that this update can be used to provide a fix for a problem that you have discovered in your system.  In other words: If your computer is happy, do not update the BIOS just because you think it would be a good thing to do.

  If you decide to update your BIOS

  • Make sure that ALL backups are up-to-date and complete - this means that everything you need to restore the system in case something goes wrong.
  • Understand that even when you do everything exactly right, you can end up with a bricked computer, that is an expensive paper weight.
  • Make sure you have at least your critical data on some form of external backup.
  • Unplug the USB drives and other useless material.  Desktop keyboard and mouse can stay connected.
  • Always run power cable to update the BIOS, never on the laptop battery
  • Touch the system during the update is underway
  • Optional: Leave wireless ONbutton. You could turn off the router to ensure that there is no interruption.

  You must get rid of the creative cloud application manager, and you must get rid of Lightroom. The creative cloud version does not have a serial number. It depends on your Adobe ID and password in Adobe. After uninstalling Lightroom, you can download from the following location and install this trial version:

  After you install the trial splash screen will appear and there is an option to indicate that you have a serial number. Choose that option and you will be able to enter your number.

  There is no free subscriptions to the creative cloud. There is a trial subscription that you can use for 30 days. But when it gets to end programs no longer work and you no longer have access to the cloud to create Adobe.

  Do I understand correctly that you cannot download the old versions of the software using the service Cloud of Createive?  This is not a good model for those of us who are dependent on plugin (s) other suppliers for our company.  I found the creative Cloud service I was looking for Dreamweaver - we bought a plug-in which (as well as others from this company that we currently have) are currently certified for CS5.5. So I can't get it with the service?  Even when plug-ins certify you, we are unable to level for some time because of the huge effort to test... until I can't add another product to go with our current version?  This is not some off-brand, little-known plug-ins, these are used by JP Morgan, G.E., AIG, etc...

  Well you can get a version of the Adobe Creative Software before Creative Suite 6.  There are plans to allow users to access even older versions of the software available in the creative cloud.  So you should always be able to access Dreamweaver CS6 in the future.

  Back in March reported you an error "XML parser failure" during the open, and it seems that the report was never addressed. This error is caused by damage within a .muse file that will require further investigation. Go back to a previous version of Muse will not fix the problem. When you are working with an older version of Muse and do not encounter the error, it was simply because you had not yet worked the file share where the damage. When a file is updated to a newer version of Muse, the entire file is read and written. Paving in a newer version the problem immediately.
