  A phone call with the technical support of Adobe has solved this problem. The disks mounted very well on my desktop, but don't would not appear on two new Macbook Pro. If you go through finder on your dock you are able access the disks to install just, they don't show the traditional way for Mac users. It works well, and I'm finally able to use my software on a new Macbook Pro hard earned. Thanks to Shay at the support which has been so helpful on a Friday evening at 18:00!

  I want to install the trial after effects CC version and downloaded Premiere Pro, SpeedGrade and Photoshop tests successfully, but when I try to install After Effects, I get the message "Waiting."... "and then after a few minutes I get the message"No. Internet Connection.
