  As much as I knoiw you can not buy older products through Adobe.  You'd have to try your luck with a third-party provider.  You can buy thru Adobe CS6 yet however.  Creative Suite 6

  CC Adobe license can be activated on 2 machines using the same Adobe ID.

  It may be Windows or Mac as Adobe CC is platform independent.
