  You didn't post what Qosmio laptop you have, but you can create the recovery disk using the Toshiba Recovery Disk Creator.

  This tool creates the recovery disk that you can you to reinstall the OS.

  Maybe you should look in the user manual. You should also find information about how to create a recovery disk.
