  I cannot load passed to the handler to boot on my laptop and so am not sure if it a hardware/software problem. There seems to be a problem with AVG Antivirus, and if I want to reinstall my operating system to a product Recovery CD/DVD. However I do not know where to order one of my model. If this does not work, I intend to buy a new hard drive and could do with the disc anyway.

  Don t waste time and don t ask any special recovery without pre-installed CD Norton applications.
  Toshiba has delivered a version of these recovery CD and all preinstalled Norton software. I think it has something to do with marketing policy

  Anyway, the Norton Antivirus can be removed in the simply elsewhere!
  You can removed from software Add & Remove.

  Unfortunately, Tom's right. What you need now is original Toshiba recovery DVD and you can use it for recovery image installation. After this installation you will have to new factory settings.

  If you need a different language of Windows or another version of windows, then you will need to purchase an original MS Windows disc.

  This means that you will get the new clean operating system, drivers may be downloaded from the page of European driver of Toshiba.
