  I hope that your forms have appeared in the application for you, but just in case, one or two things:

  1. go to http://assets.adobe.com (My Active - library) and see if your forms are here.

  2. check that you are actually IN the library where your shapes are saved. (The app by default, the main MyLibrary and you can switch to the other at the top of the screen.)
