  I checked the page European driver of Toshiba and found only Vista drivers; 32-bit and 64-bit

  Hey guys, I got my Y460 for over 2 years now, very few complaints, although my tab key has fallen but can easily be broken out in place and a part of the computer above the speakers before broken but superglue took care of that - but my enter key fell today, and I spent a few hours trying to put it back and feeling stupid when he foiled my best abilities to do :

  As far as I can say all the key parts (Calliper?) are still there, so is the rubber Cup, I tried to insert the metal rods into the brackets first and then mount the caliper on, but... it doesn't work?   Near the right end of the address bar is a White Star which can be hard to see, but look closely. When you want to add a shortcut to the toolbar, double-click the star. A window opens with the name of the Web page. Under this is the area of folder which will probably read "Unsorted Bookmarks". Click on the drop down arrow and change it to "Bookmarks Toolbar", then click done.

  I would like to replace the very minimum, current 2 GB with a 4 GB key (the same as the current 4 GB in there), to have a total of 8 GB. I would also consider that, by replacing the two slots with 8 GB sticks for a total of 16 GB. It looks like my OS is fine with that, just do not know if the motherboard would be able to use it. (IE: I don't want to put in more can be used and only waste money on it, if 8 GB is the maximum).

  I recently installed Avid editing software and it says I need a minimum of 8 GB to operate effectively. I also have Virtual PC installed to run a hidden player XP for old software that I still use, and I noticed a considerable delay in all that done in windows 8.1 while virtual drive is running simultaneously. I suspect that this could be also related to the not enough RAM.

  I have the same problem with my satellite L670.

  The FN keys do not work and I am not able to use my Internet connection. : () o

  I used to get these buttons to apear on the top of my screen to get the mouse towards the edge.

  So I could turn the wireless on / off power with the mouse.

  But these "maps" doesn't apear. Or my settings on the camera to the left of the screen.

  If I understand correctly, you have a laptop HP Pavilion ZV 5000 which doesn't work but has a 60 GB HDD that has installed Windows XP and Office 2003 is also installed.

  You want to put the laptop hard drive in an old desk.

  You have two problems: hardware and software.

  Hardware issues can probably be solved easily (you would need something like this $10--> http://tinyurl.com/d539pwf kit - but read the comments).

  The problem of software is that you can not take an existing installation of Windows XP and completely change the hardware.  If you try, you will need to do a reinstall of Windows before it will work.

  If you have a generic OEM XP install CD, you may be able to do a repair installation (save applications - for example Office 2003), but the CD must be at a same or later version of XP (Home, Pro) and Service Pack level as the version of XP that is installed.  You must also have the product key that is associated with the OEM install CD (I think that the key to the label on the HP will fail).

  More likely, you will need to do a clean install, which will involve formatting the drive.

  If you have the Office 2003 installation CD, you can retrieve its installation key from the drive of the laptop before installing it in the office.  Probably the best way to do this is to put the laptop in a hard drive enclosure external drive, which attach to a working computer and use of Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder using his function to "Load hive".
