Can I upgrade my windows vista computer to windows 7 in safe mode?

upgrade Windows in safe mode.

I have windows vista and I want to upgrade to windows 7... I bought the software for windows 7... My question is can I put my windows vista to windows 7 in safe mode... If I do a normal connection, my computer freezes after a few minutes... also. update will solve the problem of my computer in normal mode of freezing

It is recommended to perform the upgrade in normal mode, any problem with your PC freeze. It is best to update your Windows and also run Windows 7 upgrade advisor:

The problems and then start to upgrade to Windows 7, and before that close all applications you are running (if any).
