  Windows 8 * Pro * includes downgrade rights to:
  Windows 7 Professional
  Windows Vista Business

  I think you win 8 and is NOT Pro... so you canoe downgrade... you must purchase a license for Win 7

  Looks like you have a upgrade package and enter the serial number of the previous version of qualification.

  You can install the software on up to two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or everyone. If you install on a third computer, you will be asked to turn off this feature on the other two computers. You can then re-enable one of the previous two computersand use Cloud Creative apps on it.

  If you purchase a perpetual license for Photoshop CS6, you want to deactivate the software on your old system before installing it on your new system.

  If your goal is to reach the creative cloud, all you have to do is disconnect on the old system and the newspaper in the new system during the new installation of creative cloud with your Adobe ID

  I don't know where you intend to purchase your license, but I suggest on sources other than Adobe themselves.  There are a lot of fakers / scammers out there.

  Unfortunately not. You can have the Mac or Windows version, but not the two with the same license. Two machine parts: two personal machines that run the version you have.

  You can exchange one for the other rather little cost, but you must destroy the version that you do not use.

  Contract (EULA) as directed by Adobe, you are allowed to install the license for retail sale on 2 machines at any instance.

  In the world of individual license an upgrade from versions CS4 CS5 would get a new number again, at least in my experience. With regard to the installation of multiple versions (but not different locations, such as the United States and TO the same version) no problem and I often open several versions at the same time to test and answereing questions here on the forum.
