  You can do the installation, given that the data are large enough volume, using Data Pump or transportable tablespaces will be faster than the initial load using GoldenGate. Download caught up target (so for you make the instantiation and loading data, you use extracts on the source, and then these trails can be applied to get the target caught up). When you're all in sync, you now have master 1 and the database target of GoldenGate as your master-master.   You must install the 2.1 SDK to build for the playbook.

  I found myself with what the IDE 10.x with a drop-down menu to the top that allows you to choose the version of the compiler to use.  And then you can switch back.

  In addition, even if you cannot use the 10.x to build for the playbook, you can use the 2.1 build for BB10.  Be careful with what you can of course use any api 10.x when you do it this way.

  It is how I did it.  My biggest problem was with dialog boxes. because they do not allow for all the options for sizing in 10.x, as they did in 2.1.

  Be sure to test if you go down this road of use 2.1 for 10.x.

  Of course, the alternative is to manage 2 different source codes.

  Yes, some differences between Muse as opposed to InDesign are:

  In Muse, you would have to pack all of the assets and the associated files in a folder with your web pages. It is therefore very difficult for downloadable documents for example. Or if you wanted to send someone the file you will need to zip the entire site and send it to someone and hope that power open the right file first. It would be almost impossible for readers to be able to play them on any tablets for example.

  In InDesign, you can do everything can do Muse and much much more and publish in many formats easy-to-use such as PDF, ePub, etc..

  Thank you for your interest in Typekit!  Only fonts licensed for the use of synchronization can be used to create digital documents.  We continue to fonts of license partners of Foundry for synchronization of office that we are moving forward, but in the meantime, you can probably buy a license office directly from the Foundry for any weight or a style that is not available for synchronization. The name of the Foundry & site are bound by the top of each page of details of Typekit fonts.
