Can not access my account, emails to another account

So here's the problem:

The problem is that all THE account recovery options are sent to the second e-mail address (aol.com), and I can't create a new account with the log in E-mail address (gmail.com). The only option microsoft support gave me is "use automatic account recovery system, because Automation is the only way for us to verify that you own the account. This does not work, several times, and microsoft technical support will not help me further and went as far that does not not to my support tickets, after having given the same answer (almost a copy and paste exact) to multiple tickets (ie: telling me to use the automated system, then close the ticket without checking my problem is resolved).

I don't know why they can't just send a verification e-mail to the account that I connect...

Now, I don't really care at this point if the account is deleted at this point, however, I would like to have my account back and/or related to this email before waiting for an entire year so that it can be deleted.

And if anyone thinks that sticking to this account is the best option, I only use it for support, because apparently you have to create an account before you can get technical support options, or know who to contact and how. I used this email to create this account, but this email will probably be deleted in the next year (ie: this account will help). I need support now.

So I don't know how to get support or set up an account with my gmail account. If anyone can help, or know who to contact to get this resolved, let me know.
