Can not access my account-Synch


I created an account to sync a long time ago and could use it without problem. For two weeks, or so I can't access my account more. I have the screen: "continue please log in" (in German) and after typing the password, I am in a process without end 'in progress '! There is something wrong ;-)

Hi, unfortunately this is currently a known issue in firefox 50 when you set the browser to run in permanent private browsing mode ("remember never history ' in the options > confidentiality Panel). Firefox developers are working to get this fixed in versions to come yet...

I used this email to create this account, but this email will probably be deleted in the next year (ie: this account will help). I need support now.

    So I don't know how to get support or set up an account with my gmail account. If anyone can help, or know who to contact to get this resolved, let me know.

    This happens if you have a corrupt user profile.  Windows detects this and log in with a temporary profile.  Whatever you do, do not save all the data of your temporary profile as it will be deleted when you close.  You will probably find all your files from your profile missing in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\Utilisateur\Mes Documents.

    Recovery of a corrupted user profile is not too difficult.  Follow the instructions in one of the following articles:

    The problem can be solved by opening FF and choose the tools... To Add one... Select the SEARCH addon, then choose UNINSTALL FF browser... When asked to restart, then reload the gangsters. It worked for me. The suggestion on the 404 that says to remove the search via Add/Remove programs is completely BS, that research does not appear there.
