  You can have an address book on filter, to check this setting open the address book, and then click the menu button, and then select filter, if business or personal is checked, uncheck both and then see if you are able to access your address book.

  If the above does not resolve the question can you please let us know what device you are using and what version of the software is on the device?  The version of the software is under Options-> on, the software should be 4.X.X.XXX.

  Try going to the screen when change you the permissions, select Advanced down...

  In the window that opens, there will be a space for a change in ownership...

• Lightroom can not 'see' Network drive

  OK, for the last two years of using lightroom, I had my RAW files stored on a xserve RAID which is networked with my editing station.   Nothing about this configuration has changed and has worked very well until Monday (it was for sure a Monday)

  Monday, after I installed the plugin x-rite color checker passport, I decided to restart my machine because it became slow have only worked on several large files in Photoshop.  Lightroom wanted to make his weekly backup of the catalog, so I left it.   Fast forward to a few hours later, lightroom has been locked up for sure.  So I had to force quit, and then restart.

  When restarting lightroom gave me?  on most of the files on my network drive, a single folder showed normal.  I checked the disk and permissions all's well here.   I tried one of my many backups of catalogue with the same results.     I didn't have time to monkey, so I erased prefs and App folder lightroom support and proceeded to re - install lightroom.    After that I got the same result.  At this point I also noticed in the screen import that he saw only a single folder on the disk...    At that time, I did a catalog completely new, based on this years only images (24 k or so compared to 43 k in my other catalog) and left that go from one day to the next.  all imported correctly and the preview images created, however this new catalogue has the same problem!

  -Download the 1 x 1 Dell Dell Wireless WLAN 802.11b/g/n (2.4 GHz), the Bluetooth v4.0 + HS driver (link: Network_Broadcom_W7_A01_Setup-WTD28_ZPE)

  -Run the file. It will extract to c:\dell\drivers\WTD28. Then an error/warning occurs and that execution is aborted.

  -Open the Windows Device Manager. Find the missing element of WLAN with the yellow exclamation point (here name like 'Network controller')

  -Update the driver manually and use c:\dell\drivers\WTD28 as the path of the driver. It will automatically install and start working.

  I'm passing my computer to a member of his family and wanted to give them a new installation, so I used the disc of Windows Vista (32-bit SP1) shipped with the laptop and reinstalled Vista on the computer. Everything worked fine until I wanted to connect to the internet, then Windows tells that there are no available networks.   I am new to the VPN, and I feel I'm missing something very basic in my configuration. I just installed a RVL200 as the gateway for my corporate network router.  The network includes a Windows 2000 Server that acts as server DHCP and several PC and a printer.  I was able to "establish a SSL VPN tunnel" home connection to the router, but after recording in everything I see is the screen of virtual Passage - one with lock icons - otherwise I am inside the router.  The statement shows that I am connected.  Once the tunnel is established, what am I supposed to do to get computers to the computers on my network?  I can ping all computers on the network using their LAN address.  I'm supposed to see a choice of network resources to get to this point?  I put the router as a trusted site in the server and even tried to disable all firewalls, but I see that the VPN screen with icons.  I don't know how to proceed from here because I don't know what I'm supposed to see.  Thanks for any help that you can give to a newbie!

  The SSL connection is only for the VPN router. To access the computer, you can use Windows Remote Desktop connection. So that you can access to remote computers on the network, or you could look for 3 third-party software for remote access
