  Updated to win 10 yesterday, but before doing so I saw on the Adobe Web site to disable my software if you change the operating systems. Photoshop CS6 has been disabled and then upgraded the system to win 10. Connected to my Adobe account, open Photoshop and tried to activate Photoshop and no button activate under the help tab. All that was there was the button disable which was gray. The display shows a popup indicating that I could start a 30 day trial. Restarted the computer and the same thing happened. Searched the forums and tried everything I could find and nothing has worked. Checked in my Adobe profile and no place here to activate the software. My purchase order, serial number and any other was there but could not find a place to turn. Go to Adobe support and chatted with a few and finally they sent me a link that would let me just to download the software. Finally they told me to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop. Photoshop has been uninstalled and reinstalled. Serial number was entered when asked to check updates and they installed. Then I went back to the help tab to find the Activate button and all that was there was turn off which was always gray. What should I do to get the button disable not grayed out.
