can not activate ipad 2 after update March 2016

downloaded the iOS 9.3 update.

Update completed, connected to the network, then charges during a certain time but says impossible to activate iPad due to a network problem.

tried unplugging the device from my iCloud account still does not. tried rebooting several times and tried a new wi - fi network.

Seems that Apple has temporary problems with their activation servers. Many users report similar problem on older devices.

    I have can´t activate my Ipad 2 after the last day, because for some reason any I reach the activation of the can´t server.

    And if I try to start in itunes on my computer, so I can see the ipad in the Solution Explorer, but it dosen´t start in itunes.

    There seems to be a bit of a problem past, especially with older models of iPad 2. Some people have reported success after that restore their device via iTunes, for others that it has not worked and all they get is a message "bring it in an apple store.

    Since it affects a lot of people, I think it's safe to say that the problem lies in the range of Apple. But I don't think it is recognized or no matter what put forward fix.

    Agrivated after myself, I found the problem.  And it's simple!  I hope it works for everyone, always in need of response.  So I upgraded to Win Xp 32 bit to 7 64 bit.  I had a 39 + GB Easy Transfer file.  I was getting the same error, «...» "Cannot open a file... "Well, to solve this problem, I opened the Transfer Wizard, thenm go through your files, using the options"Advanced"and my limited to a size of transfer to 2 GB or less.  It could be a tedious job, but it should work for you, as it did for me.  You can experiment a bit more with the measures, but I've just stuck with 2 GB and was fine.  Good luck to you all

What Viiv version, checked all settings-trusted sites explore & internet areas-,(7 times now) I checked the add ons I am wherever I am supposed to be activated, I never received no errors, nothing was open during the installation and the screen remains black.   even tried to change the registry (I don't have the line listed in the mail from adobe on flash killer). I have run norton and checked it does not block flash player or active X controls. I'm completely at a loss for what? Help!
