  You also have a problem with the switch of Toshiba FN F8 on Windows 7 Starter x 86 (32 bit).   (6) perform a restore of the entire system with recovery system (installation of a 1:1 copy of the delivered original from drive C :) partition
  (7) tried another way to complete a new installation of Windows 7 starter x 86 emty C: drive and installed the drivers from the Sierra as well as the added value of Toshiba utility to support package and flash cards
  (8) tried 3rd party software to control the connection 3 G MWCONN (found here: www.MWconn.info)-the config.exe can activate the transmission for a few seconds using the function "device / network analysis / start". This causes the broadband connection blue LED on the fronside of my netbook to be turned on for a few seconds. But üfter the test off again. So I turn on the transmission temporarily but not permanent. AND - THERE IS A MEANS OF TRANSMISSION OF SWITCH ON BY MEANS OF THE SOFTWARE! - But HOW...! ?
