  I decided that I wanted to buy Creative cloud as an individual customer of CS but when I put my serial number it said I was not eligible. Is it because I had already bought my CS Suite for student/teacher? If so, what are my options for the purchase of creative cloud?

  Whenever I try to insall enforcement creative cloud from the adobe website by clicking on "Download" by https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud my application manager opens and does nothing.  I looked in the log file and this is the error:

  Clean the connection of the user being cached information.

  1. Close the application of Creative Cloud runs.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
     Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
     Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
  3. Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db
  4. Launch of creative cloud

  You can use what you want, there is no such limitation. However when you go to cloud service based like loading or sync files to your cloud storage, you need an active Internet connection.

  I don't know what you bought, but Photoshop Elements only not part of the cloud
