  You can install the updates of Windows and the applications on the Store in a Windows RT device. Zune is not available as an app in the store.

  I looked into it further and found that all J611 Deskjet 3050 a models use the same software. So, you should be able to download and run the installation from the link below.
  Software HP Deskjet 3050 has complete features J611

  IMPORTANT: Make sure that the printer is not connected to the computer until the installation program ask you to do. Run the Setup and follow the instructions on the screen.

  If the printer is not yet seen, then choose the option "continue INSTALLATION WITHOUT CONNECTION NOW I WILL CONNECT the PRINTER LATER. A shortcut must be placed on your desktop and it will try to add a printer when it is executed.
