  Resolved to myself.  Already had a digital security password so I tried to put that in.  It was accepted & seemed to allow the network to reconnect that meant while I was off emergency calls only mode & could enter my password safe alpha & enter my phone.

  Rather strange but suggested that my SIM card can hold my old password that I used with my last phone.

  Sorry its too late for you back up or save your data if you are unable to enter the password for your phone.

  The only option you have is if you backup icloud, go to a Terminal Wifi known as your home and a plug to a power source and it automatically backs up your phone.

  It is why you save or import your photos on a regular basis and not in times of crisis.

  There is a very good chance that you are infected with something, and we need to deal with this.

  First of all, update and run a full scan with any security software you use and delete everything it finds.  See if that helps.

  Then, try the following programs if you do not, because they can help. I recommend you download, install, update and run full scans with Malwarebytes:http://www.malwarebytes.org/and SuperAntiSpyware:http://superantispyware.com/ and then run a full scan of Microsoft Security:http://www.microsoft.com/security/default.aspx.
