can not find the product code
My computer is locked and since we got it fxed part of my microsoft programs don't work. I try to put in my update for windows vista, but can not find the product code and the phone number here has too many numbers.
Here are the different ways to try to find the product keys:

If your Vista is a functioning and activation of operating system Vista, use either of the program above to find out what is your product key.
If a desktop computer: look on the side or the rear of the case for a sticker
If a laptop: look for a sticker on the underside.
The sticker will contain 25 digits, divided into 5 groups of 5 digits.
Look on the packaging in which it came.
Or contact the manufacturer of your computer.

My hard drive crashed and I had to reload vista. I can not find the product key. What can I do?
Contact the manufacturer of your computer.
Look on the side/back if a desktop computer; down if a laptop.
Also look on any packaging the VistaDVD came, if you bought it yourself.
If the product key is lost, we can NOT help you replace.

This means generally that you install one version upgrade and it does not find the earlier version. You will need to provide the number of the prior product that qualifies for the upgrade.

Hello
I just bought a 500-220ea HP Pavilion running Windows 8.1 desktop PC. I can not locate Product Support pages include such things as drivers, troubleshooting, User Guides and contact HP. Can someone help me find the product home page in case I need to access these support pages that I listed above.
Even when trying to access the web via HP online support page Support Assistant does not - the page that runs in my browser says "we have been unable to locate the support & troubleshooting for the product page"f6j53ea"

HP Deskjet 3050 (J610) - can not find the claim code
I have a HP Deskjet 3050 J610 Series. I searched the support site of HP and may not know how to configure my ePrint printers. My ePrint printer turned on?

I found a video on the "HP Deskjet 3050 a" but it was very different from the standard 3050. My printer is set up wireless and I am able to print from my Android smartphone, but only if I am connected to the same wireless network.
I have the impression that with a connected HP account and my claim Code printers, I can print from my smartphone using the Google Cloud from anywhere, I have access to the internet. I can't find my printers claim anywhere Code. I can print the HP Network Configuration Page in the menu on my printers Control Panel wireless, but it looks nothing like the page in the video.

The series HP Deskjet 3050 (J610) do not support the ePrint and therefore does not claim any code.
The printer Deskjet 3050 a Series (J611) supports such a, your printer is not.

Printer Officejet 5740: can not find the claim code to register the printer Officejet 5740
I printed the map which is supposed to have the claim number, but it's not about it, there only diagnostic results. I can't find it on the box or the other. This printer is going to get knocked down a star in a review to be a PITA for the program installation, but right now I need the application number if my wife and I can use it for work and college classes.

EPrint is when an e-mail address is assigned to the printer. Once this electronic address is assigned you can then send emails to the e-mail address of printers and the printer will print the email. If the printer cannot connect to Web Services which means that eprint is not connected either. The reason why you are able to print from the iPad is because it communicates through your network send printing to printers IP address not the Eprint address.
When the devices are connected to the network (router) it means other devices connected to the same network may be. Connecting to Web Services the printer attempts to access the internet through the router. The printer is connected to the network, but something is not allowing it to connect to the internet or the Web Services server.
One suggestion would be to change the DNS (Domain Name Servers) on the printer. If the automatic DNS in the printer is incorrect then the printer will not be allowed access to the server of Web Services via the router.
To change the DNS of the front of the printer, you must:
- Tap the settings icon.
- Press the Network Configuration.
- Press wireless settings.
- Scroll down, and then press advanced settings.
- Press IP settings.
- Press manual (static).
- Press OK and ignore the message. You do not change the IP address just the DNS.
- Scroll down and press DNS address.
- Type 008.008.008.008, and press done.
- Press on apply.
- Return to the start screen on the printer and try to activate Web Services again.
Let me know how it goes. If this does not work, I should be able to locate another step to try!

I keep are asked to put in my code to check my product, but the code on the label on the bottom will not and the trial version is ex officio. I can't find the product code for Home Premium preinstalled. It wasn't the tape inside the box.
The product key on the bottom of your computer is for Windows 7 (which should come already active). This product key cannot be used to activate a trial version of MS Office. For activation of Office, you must buy the key product/appropriate for MS Office.
