  Try these steps and check the result.
  Step 1: Select the HDMI
  a. click on the button 'start '.
  b. click on 'control panel '.
  c. with the control to the "Control Panel Home" Panel, click on 'hardware and sound '.
  d. where it says 'Sound' in green letters, there are three options below that are in blue, click on "manage Audio devices.
  e. This will bring up a window titled "Sound".
  f. on the tab 'Read', he has listed the sound options at your disposal. It should read "peripheral digital output (HDMI)" click on it.
  g. There should now be a checkmark on this option.
  h. the sound should play through your HDMI connections to the TV.

  Note: This will stop sound from speakers or normal audio output on the laptop.  To get that back, you will need to reverse this process.

  Restore point:

  Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

  Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

  Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

  After update version of the OS from 10.0.9.388 to 10.0.10.263, our implementation of GCM started working (tips by people from the Blackberry support team).
  We had the record id after you call GCMRegistrar.register, and now we receive notifications!
  There is no need to use the Blackberry SDK or any other third party library.

  If you are porting your app on blackberry, make sure your android.cfg is well trained and with valid data received from Blackberry mail after registration for push services.
  Also check if the permission of push notification are in the manifest file in your .bar file reconditioned.

  Nothing else to do, no additional coding was necessary in our case!
