  I downloaded Silverlight some time ago.  I have a router that connects computers.  I just download XP SP3.

  I am having trouble with the upgrades/silverlight and the message I get, is that programs cannot find Silverlight.MSI ISO of the network resource.

  I read some documents published in questions below which indicates I would uninstall and reinstall Silverlight.  By clicking on Add/Remove Programs shows 2.0.310005.0 Silverlight is installed.  But I can't remove it successfully. He says that a network resource is not available.

  I suggest you to uninstall the system Sliverlight and check if you are able to manually install it back on the system or not.

  a. start Registry Editor: in Windows XP, click Start, click Run, type regedit.exe in the Open box, and then click Ok.

  b. Locate and click to select the following registry key

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Silverlight

  c. After you select the key, select delete from the Edit menu and then click Yes when it asks confirmation.

  d. on the file menu, click on exit to exit the registry editor

  e. restart the computer and check if Sliverlight is uninstalled form the system.

  f. then reinstall it on the new system and check. Download Silverlight from the link below.
