  Hi, since the last update OS X (ver. 10.11.6) I have problems with the transmission of messages from my iPhone to Mac. It has worked before, however after the last system update it stopped working correctly. So, I tried to disable iMessage (on Messages app) and to turn it on again. When I enter my ID Apple and the password, it keeps saying, who "Could not sign an iMessage" and "an error occurred during authentication. Password is correct. So I used my second Apple ID account to activate iMessage, just in case. Same situation. He has recorded for 5 seconds then the same message appeared and I was disconnected.   Please read this message before doing anything.

  This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don't be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.

  Step 1

  The goal of this step is to determine if the problem is localized to your user account.

  Select the feedback connections* and log in as a guest. Do not use the Safari connection only 'user comments' created by 'find my Mac '.

  While signed in as a guest, you will have access to your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you use them for the first time. Do not be alarmed by this behavior; It's normal. If you need any password or other personal information in order to complete the test, save, print, or write them before you start.

  Test while signed in as a guest. Same problem?

  After testing, log on to the guest account and in your own account, disable it if you wish. The files that you created in the guest account will be automatically deleted when you log out of it.

  * Note: If you have enabled 'find my Mac' or FileVault, then you cannot activate the guest account. The login 'User comments' created by 'Find my Mac' is not the same. Create a new account to test and delete it, including his home folder, after testing.

  Step 2

  Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

  The login screen is displayed even if you normally connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.

  Test in safe mode. Same problem?

  After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and make sure you always have the problem. View the results of steps 1 and 2.

It shows yellow it is missing: ethernet controller, multimedia audio controller, sm bus controller and controller vga compatible video. I don't know what cd to use to reinstall them. • Can not uninstall CS3 on Mac new

  I just got a new Macbook Pro with Mountain Lion and migrated from the previous version of the MBP. Appearently Dreamweaver CS3 will not work with the Mountain Lion, so I decided to subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud.

  Now, my problem is that I can't uninstall the suite CS3 Web Premium (so I can start installing the CS6 creative cloud applications). There is a file in a folder called "Adobe Installers", ""Add or remove Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium."" However, I double click, I get my Mac installer password and then... nothing happens.

  I read that someone has solved this problem by dragging the folder from the old computer to the new Configuration. But this has not worked for me.

  Can someone help me to uninstall CS3 so I can get the CS6 running applications?

  For future reference, never migrate applications Adobe from one computer to another. It's an unfortunate lesson in grief.

  I'm trying to set up my iMac brand new El Capitan and any transfer of my old iMac OS x 10.6.8. The new Mac is former easily, by using Migration Research Assistant on two computers, but the old guard. Then another told me that the former, whom he knows, the name is not available.   OK guys used to hide with computers a few years back, but it has left me speechless I know mcfee antivirus isn't the best but it s all I have at the moment.

  What model of laptop and the operating system you are using?
