  It is possible that the Flash Player files detected in your second screenshot are in a certain place that uninstall is not updated on delete. Follow these steps:

  1. Launch Firefox and navigate to Subject: plugins
  2. Locate the Shockwave Flash
  3. Note the access path Flash Player Flash Player from loading.  For example:
     
  4. Using Windows File Explorer / go to the location of the path (in step 3) and delete the file

  For the dialogue window empty installer, follow these steps:

  1. Right-click on the Setup file, and then select Properties
  2. On the general tab, click the unlock button
     
  3. Click apply
  4. Click OK to close the window
  5. Double-click on the installer to start the installation program

  Setup online deletes itself after his execution.

  I guess that your attempt to use the installation program online, downloaded from get.adobe.com/flashplayer.  Please try the installer in offline mode, posted at the bottom of the problems Installation | Flash Player | Mac page.

  Success!  I managed to fix file to the Apple software update, and then I deleted it and the rest of them.  Then followed the instructions and made sure all Apple related software was off my laptop.  I then rebooted, it ran a place clean and restarted again and downloaded and installed iTunes successfully.  I thank you very much for your help, you led me to the right place.

  This window appears if you have multiple instances of the Flash Player installer open and a reboot would solve the issue, but since the restart has not resolved the issue may be that you don't have the correct update file. Could you open terminal and type md5 /Users//Downloads/AdobeFlashPlayer_22au_a_install.dmg and see if the value is 99e3ccf6bc343de051908066ea06248e.

  If this isn't the case, then you do not have the good try Flash Player.Please download the get3.adobe.com/flashplayer.update/osx update file.
