Can not install updates and the codes too fast flash error

At the end of the day, I closed my laptop and it tells me it's to install the updates.  After the word, it will stop.  The next day morning, when I try to start it it stops it's self down.  I go to safe mode and restore to the previous time.  Has happened these last two days, any help?

The problem persists even after performing a system restore?

Try the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Start in safe mode and check the event viewer for errors and post the logs here logs so that we can find the source of the errors.

Step 2: Perform a clean boot in safe mode to check if a third party application or service is the cause of the problem.

Steps to perform a clean boot:
a. click the ORB start on your desktop
b. type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.
c. in the general tab, click Selective startup.
d. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.
e. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box and then click Disable all.
f. click OK.
g. When prompted, click on restart.

NOTE: Please check that you start the computer in normal mode after a repair. Follow step 7 article.
