  One of our users are their files and missing files after the letter 'F' on their network drive. I checked on the server, and the files are missing on the server. However, I can browse to and open them. When I look in the windows explorer for this user, I do not see the folders and files passed letter 'F' But if I know the name of a file or folder that is there and manually type the name in the address bar, I can browse on him.   In the Explorer of-> tools-> view (tab), Folder Options->

  Most likely, you have created a new catalog. Try the menu file-> open recent and open each catalogue shown here until you find the right one.

When I tried to open and update my site yesterday (as I do every year for my small business) I got a message from Java Update I did.  Then, I got a message to uninstall and reinstall Dreamweaver I've done.  Now I can open the app, but I can not open my Web site files.  I see them on the menu, but they do not open.  I am on a Mac with os x Yosemite.  I think it has something to do with the managed sites, but after trying several things, I did more than a mess of things and I can not always open my files.  My site is still running on the remote server, but I can't do the updates that I need for my Web site for 2016. I wish there was someone in the Milwaukee area, that I could go to help me with this or someone who can guide me through it over the phone.
