Can not turn on Windows Defender
I am not able to turn on Windows Defender. Whenever I click on it on my Section of security/control panel, a message appears for a split second saying it's off, then disappears. I just downloaded Defender earlier today, but nothing helped. Looks like he has a malware in my system that prevents me to light the Defender.
Hello
Are you running MSE or other antivirus/security programs stop Windows Defender running?
Whether Windows Defender is blocked from running by them. McAfee, AVG and many others to do this.
MSE includes features of Windows Defender inside run that separately it would be redundant.

If you run one of those, she didn't have Defender. It's
good, not bad. Not only is there potential conflict, but there is no
reason to have both; essentially, they have something very similar
for the Defender integrated and running both at once will hurt your
performance and create the risk of problems that are contrary to each
