In other words, Strobe detects a need for authentication, but rather establish a dialog box to prompt the user, it just extracts the name of user and password transmitted and transmits it to the license server?

  If no such function is available, can anyone point to a simple sample plugin, where I can spend the long name of username/password or a token to the license server, perhaps through the object connection or flow? I looked at the example of Akamai, and it's quite complicated with little documentation.

  The SMILPlugin seems to have a bug when used with a proxy plugin.

  Please follow these steps:

  1 starting the SMILPlugin source code: http://opensource.adobe.com/svn/opensource/osmf/trunk/plugins/samples/SMILPlugin

  2. open the SMILMediaGenerator class.

  3. go to line 123. You should see the following code snippet:

  If (! isNaN (duration) & duration > 0)

  {

  (videoElement as VideoElement) .defaultDuration = duration;

  }

  4. replace by this excerpt:

  If (! isNaN (duration) & duration > 0)

  {

  Assuming that videoElement is that a VideoElement is wrong (I guess that we can find a better name for this variable?)

  Since any plugin proxy will break this code. Iterate through the string until you reach a VideoElement proxy

  We can add a deffensive code just after the iterator, unless we should always have a VideoElement on top.

• Cannot access Mac on LAN with the name of user and password correct

  I have two Mac Pros, it of brand-new and came with El Capitan installed, the other I've just updated to El Capitan.

  I need to have access to the Mac via my local network and would usually use the option in the sidebar of the Finder. I can't access the new Mac.

  I have the good registered user name and password, but every time I try to connect it just shakes and refuses to connect.  Strangely, if I choose screen sharing, it works perfectly!

  Is there something obvious that I do not forget to allow me to access the first Mac?

  by chance, you have file sharing enabled on the new Mac? (Preferences system - share - file sharing) Looks like you have active screen sharing, but not file sharing.

• JO 8500: Scan to network - name of user and password files invalid without password.

  I use a 8500 Pro Wireless (A909g) on the Windows 7 computer.  I'm trying to set up the network scanning feature folder.

  Problem is this: I dno't having a Windows password set in place.  In this case, the printer cannot connect to my computer.  If I put a password on my PC and then change this password network settings analysis, then it can connect.

  I don't want to have a password on my PC and would like the printer to connect to it that way. I tried to delete the profile and add it again.  Still no luck.

  Any help?

  I solved it.

  Two things to check.

  (1) under the share Options Advanced (Network & Sharing Center--> homegroups and--> share options options advanced sharing...) -protected by password sharing must be OFF

  (2) for the file that you want to share and you scans registered to, do a right click, properties, security.  You must add 'NETWORK' as a user and ensure that its set of READ/WRITE.

  It fixed for me.

  • Tools > Options > Security: passwords: [] "Remember passwords for sites".

  In case you use 'Clear history of Firefox closing' or otherwise to clear the history.

  • do not delete Site preferences

  If you have the option to remember the password please check it after you have entered the user name & password.

  Otherwise, I will recommend you to contact Mac support team to get this problem resolved as they specialize on the devices out there.
