Can someone please tell me the name of the Publisher of digital camera on XP

There is a Photo montage of thing with a starter edition or even tell me where I can get a list of the programs on XP but I like this my photo editing software and other things
Thank you

Windows XP includes paint which is very limited editing features
and Windows Picture and Fax Viewer for viewing and the rotation of the photos.

Maybe you're recalling an app that has been registered by the computer
Reference of the manufacturer in the OEM software package.

The only program that comes to mind with the name of starter would be
Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 Starter Edition... and it is a free software
60 day trial version still available.

Microsoft Digital Image Starter Edition 2006

This product line has been abandoned, but copies can still be found
online sites like Amazon and Ebay. All the different versions of 2006
would be basically the same, but the latest version was named:

"Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 Anniversary Edition."
(this version works on XP and is optimized for Vista)
