Can't access google when the computer is started to the top

I get a page that covers the entire screen which is red and won't let me see the google search box

I sent a response which says that it has been corrected, but when I turned off the computer and restarted the screen was covered with the same red box.
There is a box that appears saying compatible Audit Add ons, but it goes and comes very quickly, with nothing to stop it or click it.

Try to rename or delete the file prefs.js and possible prefs - numbered # .js and a user.js file possible to restore the values all default prefs.

Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problems.

See "create a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a profile in the new profile, but make sure not to copy corrupted files.

Try to start the computer in safe mode Windows with network support (on the startup screen, press F8) as a test to see if that helps.

    By "DHCP" do you mean you have set up the AirPort Extreme to use router Mode = DHCP only? What is the brand and model of the device that is connected to the WAN port on the extreme?

    I can't access google in any browser ( Chrome, Explorer,Firefox). It just does not load. But i don't have any problem with any other sites. Actually i could even access google just yesterday.
    

    I tried to delete the cookies, anti-malware software installed, I deleted the cache, I erased the history etc... Basically, I tried everything that was suggested on previous questions, but nothing helps.

    It is not a Windows problem, it happens very early in the boot process until Windows is still a part of the image.  Your computer is configured for a remote network via PXE boot and there is no this PXE server so that you get this error message.  With PXE network boot, you can start a computer without him having a hard drive, the operating system resides on another machine on the network.  When the BIOS does not find the PXE server it gives you the error message, and then it proceeds to the next start equipment, which is probably your local hard drive.  Go into the BIOS and disable the PXE boot option or move it to the bottom of the boot order so that the hard drive is set as the primary boot device.

    Please make sure that your graphics card and Lightroom 6 are up-to-date. Latest version of Lightroom is 6.4.

    Please check the FAQ and troubleshooting of Adobe Lightroom GPU and disable the use of the GPU in Lightroom.

    Just to clarify, in the case where this help anyone. I transferred more SC around 6 to help Apple migration assistant, and the only program in the suite that could not be accessed except through the trial version of cloud was the Illustrator. It says that the file being deleted or moved, and then the small downstairs for my documents icon disappears. If I turn my computer and turn it back resets itself and I will be able to use the tiles on the desktop and access my documents, etc. But then after a while for no apparent reason it happens again, and I won't be able to access the tiles on the desktop, etc..

    Sorry, if this is insane, or if I'm missing something really obvious here. I probably didn't explain the issue very well and I don't know that much about computers. But it is obviously a question and I was wondering if there was a way to solve this problem.  Thank you.
