  Hello I have a PC HP Pavilion 17 e049wm laptop, model: E0J75UA.
  Long story short my laptop is no longer gives me an option to connect to the internet via my wireless router. It gives me only the ability to connect via Ethernet cable.   Having problems with my laptop, I did a factory reset using a Dell disc kindly mailed to me. Everything seems to be ok, but I can't access WiFi. Nothing appears in network and sharing Center, the only options I get is to connect using an ethernet cable or via dial-up. There is no option of WiFi at all.
