  AT & T recommends only 4.6 because they have no brand yet their own 4.7. Only difference 4.7 is the loader program whish has been updated and supports the 83xx series perfectly well... regardless of which operator, and Yes, she fully supports the device software 4.5.

  OK, I seem to have found a solution: I have copy to iTunes files that are in the PS button on my iPad, and then I extract them from iTunes on my Mac.
