Can't get rid of Antivirus Vista!

Hi all

My computer has been infected by a virus that masquerades as an anti software virus known as Vista Antivirus. I was wondering if someone has managed to eliminate the virus from their computer, and if so, how they were able to accomplish. I have searched the Internet and found some of the supposed solutions to the problem, some users have posted in this forum, but none of them have worked. I've tried a handful of anti virus / anti spyware software, including the Malewarebytes (which is actually infected as well) which appeared in one of the other strands, but none of them allows to detect the virus and/or remove. I even took my computer to the workshop repair, and even they couldn't remove it. So, has anyone removed successfully?

Thank you

Check the computer manufacturer's Web site if there are all the XP drivers for your model computer.
If there is none, forget XP.

Next thing you'll need is to buy a XP disc.

Then perform a new installation of XP, Vista removal in the process.

  • I would like to install Windows XP on my computer and get rid of the Vista operating system. Can I do this? I only have 512 MB of Ram and 32-bit processor.

    Windows XP instead of Vista.

I would like to install Windows XP on my computer and get rid of the Vista operating system.  Can I do this?  I only have 512 MB of Ram and 32-bit processor.

    Hello

There are a few things that you would have to do to install XP instead of Vista:

    1. contact the manufacturer of your computer and see if the XP drivers are available for your computer model to make sure that XP has worked properly in this regard.

    2. If the XP Drivers are available, buy a XP disk operating system / license. Try local computer repair shops because Microsoft sells more than XP and online sale buy you pirated copies can cause. Be very careful.

3 XP runs with 512 MB of RAM, although a little slow by today's standards.

    4. do a clean install of XP. Make sure that all your data is backed up as the hard will be cleaned of everything during the Installation of XP.

  • How can I get rid of the tattoo "Test Mode Windows 7 Build 7600" after an upgrade of Vista with the package?

Just upgraded Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Home Premium with the version updated official (box set). Update went well, but I now have a "Test Mode Windows 7 Build 7600" watermark in the lower right. I entered the activation during the installation, and there is no section in the control panel to activate manually, so I guess the activation went well. How can I get rid of this watermark?

You can deactivate the Test Mode by typing bcdedit/set testsigning in the command prompt.

If the command above does not work, try:

Open again (run as administrator) command prompt and type the following command:

    bcdedit.exe - set loadoptions ENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit.exe - set off the TESTSIGNING
