  I suggest you to check if you are able to display the date in the preview before printing. If you get the date in the preview, then the Web site itself might be including the date. I suggest you to check with the seller for more precision.

  Probably, you should switch to 10.11.4. I just tried contacts, and although the print dialogue box is big it does not cover the entire screen.

  BTW, if it does not cover the entire screen, you can always:

  • Press the ESC key to close the dialog box
  • Press the ENTER/RETURN key to accept dialogue and start printing
