  I have a small question... I'm trying to remove a role (print server) on my Windows Server 2012. (Yes I know, I need to go to "Add/Remove role")

  

  but each time, the server establishes the uninstall procedure, but when it's time to restart and complete the procedure... the server fail and cancel everything... so in the end I always install the print server.

  If I remember correctly, uninstall the printer software should he remove the HP utility. If please follow the steps below and tell me if this so the problem;

  First close the HP utility

  • Open the Applications folder > folder HP or Hewlett Packard > Uninstall HP
  • Click continue, click the 5510 in the list.
  • Click on Uninstall

  Reset the printing system

  1. Click on the Apple icon ( ), then click on System Preferences.

  If you use Discoverer Desktop or more, then you cannot remove these options. You would have to crack down the PC to stop the user printing or exporting to a file. With the Viewer, you can edit the file configuration.xml Viewer on the application server to remove the export option.

• I can't remove the print picturesfrom queue...

  I have a Photosmart C5180 all in one and a HP laptop on a wireless network.  I've had no problems so far. I can't delete two images of the print queue, so I can not print anything else, until they are deleted...  I tried all the solutions to this day in the forum, but cannot find the files listed in Windows 8.  I downloaded the file "HPPSdr", but it does not work even when I say 'yes' when it asks me. I have unplugged the printer and the laptop to power and reconnected... I looked in the Administrative Tools Control Panel and can not find... I typed in the unsuccessful print spooler... I typed Run and Net Stop Spooler nothing helps... I looked for a program and files Services.msc - nothing.  I think that Windows 8 is renamed everything and hidden it away, so we can find.  Any help anyone can give me wil greatly appreciated.   If you go to the duplicate tab and hit the Red 'X' that says 'delete the printer', you should have no problem with the other tab.
