  Thank you for being a member of the HP support forums.  I understand you want to learn how to disable then reactivated web services.

  I've included the document Getting Started with ePrint . In the FAQ section there is a section entitled "what happens if I lose my code printer before enrolling?  In this subsection, it will guide you through the deactivation and reactivation then web services.

• I can't recover my email ePrint.

  Despite my best efforts, I couldn't ePrinting to work.  My email address was showing on my Zeen tablet, but then when I allowed him (after having stopped it in an effort to get something!), he allotted me a new address (which, essentially, is a claim code).

  So, I entered the new claim code, you have the printer also showing online and then tried to change the email address to the one I had.

  Only way I could go to the next step, has been to remove the printer which I couldn't demonstrate as "On Line".

  Fact.

  Now, he tells me that my address email ePrint is not available - even after deleting messages and I could not "undo".

  -My address ePrint is running in a virtual reality somewhere - ideas how I can get it back?

  I don't want the hassle of telling people a new!

  I wonder if the EPrint apps are down, I get an Error Message 1. I can send an Email. I also printed wireless network test report that he only found no problem.

  Thank you for your help. I fix by deleting E WebService and then I add again. Now I can get my Apps to work. Boy do I have more then 2 pages of apps now. I also had 2 list of printers in the Eprint Center, where now I only have the one that I should have. I think that is with the update I get or when they add all these new applications.

  ePrint works by e-mail, so if you can send and receive mail through your blackberry and your printer has an internet connection, you can use ePrint.

  When asked to sign on my icloud email account it will not take my user name and password.  How can I fix it?

  You can try the following steps:

  • Restart the device by holding down the power button until the power down slider appears.
  • Try entering your password somewhere else (i.e. When you use a different wifi network)
  • Reset all the settings (settings > general > reset), this resets some of your settings to factory default. It is not a complete withdrawal of the parameters. It deletes all of your preferences for Wi - Fi, Bluetooth, do not disturb, Notifications, general, sounds, brightness & wallpaper and privacy. It does not remove your data.
  • Try connecting to iCloud and returned (only if find my phone is disabled)

  If this does not help your best option maybe contact the Apple ID Support, to speak to an operator, you must explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, that way you can be attributed to the assistance, even if you do not have an AppleCare plan.

  Right now there is no option to transfer an email address of one printer to another.  I suggest to use a similar, but perhaps add a number or other character at the end.

  When you try to open an account on ePrintCenter, you will be prompted for and e-mail address and then another empty box should appear below to confirm this e-mail address. Once you have typed the same email address in both boxes, you should have a green check mark appears to the right of the boxes. The same process should apply both the password.

  I'm not familiar with the Dutch version of the registration page, but if you understand English well enough, you can try to change the language/country options at the bottom of the page in English/USA and see if that helps you with successful opening an account.

  First of all, thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

  Us have just got an Officejet 6500 E710a-f and I would use it on our network. Unfortunately, none of our computers seems to be able to find it (Windows XP, Vista and OSX 10.5.8). On Vista and OSX machines, firewalls are permanently off. The XP machine is a laptop to work on that I have no control.

  My first thought was that it was our somewhat strange network configuration; the printer is connected, but I plugged it on an Apple Airport Express ethernet port so that it works as a bridge for the printer on our wireless network. However, the printer appears in the list of connected devices to the router and the impression of the State of the network said that everything is fine. I can reach the Web server integrated for the printer, go to the printer to get sudoku online and other via applications and, most strangely, I can email jobs him via ePrint perfectly happy.

  Any ideas?

  Now I tried to connect the printer directly on our router and it worked perfectly. I then tried to have a look at the parameters in the Airport Express, but got an error I did a factory reset on the subject. Low and behold, the printer is connected to our network wireless via AE now works fine.

  Sorry for wasting your time, it seems that this must have been questionable configuration throughout. I just thought that since the printer could see the internet through EI, so the connection should be fine. I'm still not actually.
