Can't upgrade to Windows 8.1? Constant error messages

OK, I gave up all hope now.

I have a pc, with a new copy of Windows 8 Pro x 64 installed on it.

Whenever I try to install Windows 8.1, I get the error on the error code code.

Here's what I've tried so far to help:

-Store reset cache

sfc/scannow

-chkdsk

-Reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 8

-Installed on a clean boot

-Checked all windows updates (everything is in place)

-Check the region vs peripheral of entry

-Downloaded the ISO of Windows directly from Microsoft 8.1

-Memtest

Although any help is appreciated, no matter which Microsoft, which suggests the usual "step 1: install updates" will not really help. I followed every possible answer that I know and that I found online.

Someone please help and soon

Hi Andre,

Thanks for the suggestions. I did a clean install and am so frustrated that I began to remove the material. Nothing changed when I unplugged my drives.

Nothing has changed after unplugging my GPU

However, for some strange reason, I removed all of my RAM with the exception of a key of 8 GB. All of a sudden it worked. Don't know why this happened (my estimate is the installation tries to use all 32 GB of RAM under a page file during the installation), but anyway it's fixed!
