Can the creative brief Cloud Files be transferred?
I just installed CC. The default location for the creative brief Cloud is C:\users\name\Creative Cloud Files. Can I move to another location and everything keeping synchronization capabilities?
Yes.
The creative desktop application cloud open Preferences and move from the general to creative cloud tab tab. Then, move apps to files below that. Under the folder location you can change it.

- Rename the folder SLCache in SLCacheold, present at the following location:

Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe
2. Rename SLStore file toSLStoreold, present at the following location:
Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe
Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe
3 Rename the OOBE OOBEOLD folder
Windows : C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe
MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

I changed the creative editing Cloud student and teacher for creative photography plan cloud 21 may 2015 that nothing seems to have changed. My Lightroom is the old version, trying to load LR - 6. When I sign in Photoshop, I get an error message that my account is not found. (Because I cancelled it and joined CC?). I keep going in circles.

Just to let you know I had a conversation with Pratima in support, was very helpful and solved the problem for me.
These are the following steps that have been made to solve the problem:
- You must first check the host file in order to verify if there are entries from adobe. [was not this step]
- If Yes, then you need to remove those
- You can find the hosts file on location: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
- Then go to the location C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe and rename SLCache
- Then go to the location: C:\ProgramData\Adobe and rename SLStore.
- Then launch the application by right clicking and select run as administrator.
That's all you need to follow.
With the support, I am now back operational.

Creative sync Cloud file does not work
This is not the first time it happened. I rely on creative cloud file synchronization to work in 2 locations. Once, he simply stopped sync all together and I had to be on the phone with a technician for hours for repair. Impossible to install LR CC - not in the Creative Appsof clouds
A creative user Cloud, released.
I can't install LR CC because it does not appear in the cloud APPS section creative app.
I use 2 notebooks
MacBook Pro (El Capitan) no problem
Toshiba Satellite P200D (Windows 7 Pro 32-bit) can not install LR CC, PS and bridge OK
These two machines have an installation of LR, V5 from a dvd. Mac will be used either.
Any ideas?

Lightroom CC requires 64-bit computer. It cannot be installed on the 32-bit computer, and this is why it is not in the Cloud on Windows 7 Pro creative application.

Make sure that you had not changed the language on creative cloud desktop
Also try to perform steps below
On the desktop creative cloud on the right side click gear icon and exit Creative Cloud App
Then right-click on the creative cloud desktop shortcut and choose Properties.
Then click on the Compatibility tab
In compatibility mode ' ' make sure that ' run this program in compatibility mode for "check-box is disabled."
If it is checked, uncheck it and click on apply, Ok. Then launch Creative Cloud application and try.
