At the moment, I have a one year plan billed every month (the end)
When can I Cancel to avoid automatic renewal and without paying any fees due to the cancellation of the subscription?
My end of October. If I cancel it in October (beginning of October) will be charged for breaking the subscription before the end? I can do on my own (on the site) or do I have to contact support

Cancellation of automatic renewal for CC monthly
I use CC since February 2015 for school and I am well aware of the tax bump up to $30 after auto renewal for next year. I just read an email today:
Your membership will renew automatically on January 9, 2016 (PT).
Membership details:
Creative edition Cloud student and Professor (one year)
Renewal rate:
29.99 USD excluding tax/VAT
Is this indicating the $29.99 is for the amount of the next February? I don't mean to auto renew and I'm eager to January on the month last I use this service because I don't know what I'm doing this coming semester. I told me this automatic renewal before this date of January, especially that it was sent by email AFTER the 9th. There is no option in my account to cancel it, and I want to be turned off the option to renew my subscription.
Sorry for the confusion caused.
$29.99 would be the next load of February if renew you your contract. As the charge of January has treated now, you should have the possibility to cancel via the management plan - see cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud membership

If I have to cancel my automatic renewal within 14 days can I get a full refund?
Advice please (questions in red at the end of the post):
Unaware of automatic renew until flow was shown in my bank statement, I asked a cancellation of the subscription and a full refund, all within 4 days of the renewal.
Support Adviser informed me:
"I'm sorry, there is no option to initiate the return to order renewal, restitution can only incur in the first 14 days of the purchase."
After a session of questions / responses seemingly obtuse, the Advisor said:
""Well, in this case I'll make an exception and cancel the subscription with full refund. ' "
Also, I said I had received no notification, but was informed:
"" Yes, you must have obtained the email notification on renewal.".
But I still can't find Adobe of automatic renewal notification.
1 - is really an exception to Adobe renewals on refunds?
2. Adobe send notifications of renewal by e-mail and why I can't find it in my email?

As a student; I had the composition cloud creative for some time now, because I am not able to afford it for more than 12 months, I want to be totally assured that my subscription will not get auto-renouvelé when it ends.

However, it does not seem to be an option to disable the automatic renewal to 'manage', plan system nor does it display whether I left active.
I can't really go through another year of my creative cloud membership because I might not EMA (upkeep allowance) to allow it at this time there and can allow me to cancel my subscription. Is there a possible way to make sure my subscription will not get automatically renewed in the end date?
