I get error 194:3 and I don't see any instructions on the Web site to resolve this error
I'm running a machine of Windows 8 and I had installed Adobe Professional 8.0. I kept having to say 'turn off later' to use the program every time I opened it. I got tired of that, so I disabled the program and uninstalled. I reinstalled and tried to activate it, and he came back and said that I would need to call to get. There is now more no telephone support. The phone said to go to the website. There is no instruction in how to resolve the error "194:3." Now, I've uninstalled a program I need, frustration and now is more functional for me because I can't get past the activation page. Could someone tell me please how to fix this.
Moniquec11661368 I cannot find any mention of this specific activation failure, which is what leads me to the question of the process you used to uninstall. I recommend to remove the current installation of Adobe Acrobat and then run the CC cleaning tool to remove the Adobe ID remaining licensing information. You can find details on how to run the vacuum cleaner cleaning tool use the CC CC to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6.

You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you lose all unused licenses during the cancellation of your membership.

I purchased a monthly subscription which has never worked since the day that I have ordered. I need InDesign for a project and was not able to spend time with Adobe because it did not work. I think that I have spend 4-5 hours to try to make it work and it didn't work.
But now, they are paying me monthly subscription, but I've never used... If I want to cancel my monthly subscription. I tried but they say, they did not work again and so I need to contact Adobe. I clicked on contact us and their offices are closed again. Every day are closed, they should be open with the times. Moreover, their schedules are not friendly at all, I live in North America and their opening hours are in Europa...
I'm really tired of wasting so much time with Adobe. I really believe that this is the worst customer service I've ever seen. There is at least a place with them by a simple email or I don't know, as a normal easy way?
