  Moniquec11661368 I cannot find any mention of this specific activation failure, which is what leads me to the question of the process you used to uninstall.  I recommend to remove the current installation of Adobe Acrobat and then run the CC cleaning tool to remove the Adobe ID remaining licensing information.  You can find details on how to run the vacuum cleaner cleaning tool use the CC CC to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6.

• I inadvetantly put a "theme" in the bottom of my browser Firefox ("Personas"?) and I would like to disable it but instructions on the web site of Firefox do not solve the problem?

  You can uninstall your current Persona and go back to the default theme (Tools > Modules > appearance/themes).

  You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you lose all unused licenses during the cancellation of your membership.
