  The igfxtray.exe seems belongs to the Intel driver and this file belongs to a software for fast access to the control panel via an icon in system tray of graphs based on Intel processors.
  Usually, you should see a small display Intel icon in the task bar in the lower right.

  I built an ad campaign, management tool with Coldfusion and mySQL that allows multiple users in various locations to monitor, modify and communicate advertisements that are scheduled for publication as part of a campaign.   I see that you have problems with your printer, cancelling the documents you want to print once filled about 3 quarters of the printing process. You use a Photosmart HP 6510 e-all-in-one printer Windows 8 on a DELL computer. I see that you gave the impression HP and doctor Scan one go and it has not been able to resolve the issue. Good on you to find and use the resource, sorry that he could not fix it for you.

  I think the thing we need to do here is to tear the software of the printer from the computer and reinstall in the hope that the problem is resolved after a software reset.

  So to do this you will first need to uninstall the software completely from your computer. You may know how to do this, but make sure that you remove its software as a whole not only to remove the printer from the printer directory. In case you want to some easy to follow instructions, I will attach a link below for how to uninstall.

  If you have created a Time Machine backup before install and use MacKeeper, follow the instructions under 'All restore' in the following Apple Support document: use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple Support.

  Recovery procedure

  As long as the update is listed in the installed updates, it does not matter what is listed in the update history.
